The First Air Force One Foundation’s Board of Directors provides strategic leadership and oversight for all aspects of the Foundation’s mission to preserve, restore, and share the legacy of the first presidential aircraft.
Our board guides the Foundation’s direction through its vision, strategy, budget, and key policies, ensuring that the resources, partnerships, and leadership in place advance our goal of honoring history and inspiring future generations.
The board meets regularly throughout the year to review progress, discuss upcoming initiatives, and ensure the Foundation continues to operate with integrity, transparency, and a shared commitment to preserving America’s aviation and presidential heritage.
Robert Clapper — Executive Director & Secretary
Robert Clapper is an experienced nonprofit executive and fundraiser, previously serving as Chief Development Officer for the Air & Space Forces Association. He brings deep expertise in strategic development, donor engagement, and organizational leadership, guiding mission-driven organizations through growth and impact.
Michael Stoltzfus — Chairman
Michael Stoltzfus is the CEO of Dynamic Aviation and a lifelong advocate for aviation heritage and national service. A visionary leader, he has championed major initiatives that preserve historic aircraft and highlight America’s aviation legacy.
Robert "Bob" Fitch — Vice Chair
Bob Fitch is a retired U.S. Army officer and longtime Capitol Hill government affairs professional with extensive philanthropic and civic experience. His leadership spans public service, policy strategy, and nonprofit governance.
Chad Burge, CPA — Treasurer
Chief Financial Officer, Dynamic Aviation. Brings strategic financial leadership, expertise in capital planning, government contracts, and nonprofit financial governance.
Mary Jean Eisenhower
Mary Jean Eisenhower is the granddaughter of President Dwight D. Eisenhower and a respected global humanitarian. She has dedicated her career to peacebuilding, cultural understanding, and preserving her family’s enduring legacy.
LtCol (Ret) John Langford
John Langford is an aerospace innovator and nonprofit leader with Project Healing Waters. He is deeply committed to supporting veterans through community engagement and has long advocated for STEM education and aviation heritage.
Michelle Olson
Michelle Olson is an experienced nonprofit and business leader known for strengthening organizations through strategic planning, marketing, and community engagement. She focuses on building programs and partnerships that drive mission impact.
LTG (Ret.) Ray Palumbo
Lieutenant General (Ret.) Ray Palumbo is a former Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (Warfighter Support) and a distinguished Army leader. His career spans national security, aviation operations, and organizational transformation.
Molly Mae Potter
Molly Mae Potter is an Air Force veteran, engineer, and technology leader. A national advocate for veterans and women in STEM, she is recognized for her contributions to innovation, service, and community advancement.
Melissa Stoltzfus
Melissa Stoltzfus is a community leader and philanthropic advisor dedicated to advancing Dynamic Aviation’s vision and preserving American history. She focuses on donor engagement and initiatives that celebrate heritage and civic pride.
Maj. Gen. Doug Raaberg
Doug Raaberg is a retired U.S. Air Force Major General and seasoned aerospace and defense executive. He previously served as Executive Vice President of the Air & Space Forces Association and held senior roles at Northrop Grumman guiding major strategy and business development efforts. A former commander of the nation’s only B-2 stealth bomber wing, he is a combat veteran recognized for the historic B-1 around-the-world flight that earned the Mackay Trophy.
